It’s never been more important for us to take ownership of our own development. Squiggly Careers are full of change. Sometimes we are in control of it and sometimes it feels like it’s in control of us, but taking ownership for your career development is one way in which you can give yourself a little bit more power in the process!

Some people assume that career development is about going on a course or something that they are reliant on their organisation to provide them with. However, there are lots of resources available to provide inspirational, on-demand and affordable learning for your career – you just need to know where to look!
