2. Who We Are
Amazing If Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08719578), with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR.
3. What Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following types of personal data:
- Contact details (name, email address)
- Usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 6)
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Respond to enquiries
- Send updates and marketing communications (with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
4.1 Learn Like a Lobster Library Cards and Personalised Books
When you order a personalised library card or a personalised copy of Learn Like a Lobster, we collect your name, postal address, email address and any image or design details you share with us.
We use this information to:
- Create your personalised item (working with our designer)
- Print and send your order to you (working with our printing partner)
- Contact you about your order if needed
We share your name and image securely with our designer, and your name and address with our printer. For personalised books, your name will also appear on the book cover as part of the design. Both partners are under contract to use your data only for this purpose and to delete it once your order is created and sent.
We keep your data only as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any customer service queries (up to 2 months).
You have rights over your data, including to access, correct or request deletion. For more information contact us at getintouch@amazingif.com.
4.2 Learn Like a Lobster Profiler
When you complete the Learn Like a Lobster Profiler, we collect your email address so we can send you your personalised report. We also store whether you are completing the profiler as part of a team or individually.
We securely store your responses so that if you lose your report, we can resend it to you. Your answers are treated confidentially and are never shared at an individual level.
We only use profiler data in an anonymised and aggregated way (for example, identifying trends across groups rather than individual responses). No individual responses are reported back to organisations or third parties.
All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
4.3 Say the Hard Thing GPT
The Say The Hard Thing GPT does not store any user data.
We do not collect or retain names, email addresses, conversation content, or any identifiable information. We do not store details of custom scenarios entered into the tool. The only information logged is the general scenario type selected (for example, “pre-built” or “custom”) for usage monitoring purposes.
All web traffic is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS protocols.
All large language model (LLM) interactions pass through OpenRouter. We have configured Zero Data Retention (ZDR) endpoints, which means the models used to generate responses do not retain or store any data submitted to them. OpenRouter does not collect or store the content transmitted through its service.
Because no identifiable data is collected or stored within the Say The Hard Thing GPT database, the data falls outside the scope of GDPR.
Access to the system database is restricted to a single authorised administrator.
